Phil Racht joined the PulteGroup tax department in December 2015.

His role as Senior Manager, Tax Technology supports the PulteGroup tax department to drive Tax Technology enabled automation and process efficiencies and serves as Tax Technology liaison with internal business units.

He is the Corptax System Administrator responsible for all Corptax related items and manages the Consolidated Federal and State Return preparation process including scheduling of Tax Return assignments, generating the Consolidated Returns, and e-filing all applicable Federal/State Tax Extensions and Returns.

Phil is also the SharePoint Administrator for the Pulte SharePoint Tax Portal which is used daily for Document Management, Workflow Management, and Resource Management (scheduling) to streamline the workflow for all Tax Department members.
